Nzmassagemap.com is a non-profit, community-driven hobby project. We do not charge fees for access to the Website, nor do we collect payments for any services provided through the Platform. Our sole mission is to create transparency in the industry so that people can make informed decisions without wasting time.

1.1 What We Are Not

Nzmassagemap.com is NOT an escort booking agency. We do not and cannot facilitate illegal sexual activities.
We are not a verification authority. We do not perform official identity checks, image verification, or background checks on any advertiser.
We are not a law enforcement body. We do not monitor, regulate, or police interactions between users and advertisers.
We make no personal introductions, representations, or recommendations in regard to any individual or agency using this Directory.

1.2 What We Provide

Nzmassagemap.com provides an open information directory where individuals and agencies can publish listings. All content is provided by the advertisers themselves for publication purposes and is the sole responsibility of the advertisers.
We provide a community feedback system that allows users to share their experiences and flag concerns, including marking photos as potentially inauthentic. This system operates similarly to review-based platforms and reflects community sentiment, not official verification.
We are not responsible for the content of pages uploaded by users. Content submitted expresses the views of its author only.

1.3 No Warranties

Nzmassagemap.com provides no warranty or representation regarding the availability or performance of the Platform services. All users acknowledge that they have not relied on any representation or warranty made by or on behalf of Nzmassagemap.com in deciding to use the Platform.
Any warranties or conditions that may be implied by law in respect of Nzmassagemap.com or the Platform services are expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Nzmassagemap.com gives no express or implied warranties about any Content or listings. All warranties that may be implied by law are expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

1.4 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, using, printing, installing, or downloading any material from the Website, or becoming a member of the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time by Nzmassagemap.com at its sole discretion and without requirement of notice.
Continued use of the Nzmassagemap.com Website following any changes constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Every person who submits a listing request and every person who accesses the Nzmassagemap.com Website agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which incorporate by reference the Privacy Statement, Community Rules, Open-Source Licensing, and Liability sections, as may be amended from time to time.

This Directory is strictly for adults aged 18 or older. By using this Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

1.6 Health & Safety Notice

Under the requirements of the New Zealand Prostitution Reform Act 2003, persons offering commercial sexual services must take all reasonable steps to ensure commercial sex is not provided without using a condom or other appropriate barrier. This includes vaginal, anal, or oral sex or any other activity that may lead to the transmission of sexually transmissible infections (STIs). Failure to comply may result in fines of up to $2,000.
It is also illegal for clients to request unsafe sexual services. Clients must take all reasonable steps to use a condom or other safer sex barrier for vaginal, oral, or other activity that could transmit sexually transmissible infections (STIs).

2. Conduct, Content & Community Rules

2.1 General Expectations

Nzmassagemap.com takes its responsibility to comply with all anti-discrimination laws seriously. We have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that at all times we comply with all anti-discrimination laws and that the Platform does not portray people or depict material in a manner that discriminates against or vilifies a person or section of the community on account of race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, age, sex, sexual orientation, transgender status, marital status, family responsibilities, religion, disability or impairment, mental illness, political belief or activity, religious belief or activity, breastfeeding, or any other attribute identified under anti-discrimination or human rights legislation.
If a user believes that any aspect of the Website contravenes any anti-discrimination laws, Nzmassagemap.com requests that they contact us so that the matter may be resolved.
All users must comply with all applicable legislation, including anti-discrimination laws and the Prostitution Reform Act 2003.
Nzmassagemap.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's access to the Website and/or suspend or remove any listings at any time and for any reason without notice, compensation, or recourse. We also reserve the right to crop or remove images if they do not fit within the Website layout or to improve a listing.

2.2 Advertiser Responsibilities

The Advertiser acknowledges, covenants, and warrants that:

They will not reproduce, adapt, upload, or link to any material on the Website (or on any third-party website) without the prior consent of Nzmassagemap.com, including saving any clips from the Website to any type of media;
They will not under any circumstances pose as any other person or send another person in their place for any appointment;
They will not use the Website to refer Users to any other advertising directory, dating website, or any other website (except their own website or affiliated websites);
They will not post obscene, lewd, or lascivious graphics or photographs which depict genitalia or actual or simulated sexual acts;
They will not use the Website for any illegal activities or any activities likely to cause loss, cost, expense, or damage to Nzmassagemap.com or other users;
They will not interfere with or disrupt the access of other users of the Website in any way;
They will not place on the Website any material that is unlawful, harassing, libellous, abusive, threatening, harmful, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable of any kind;
They will uphold the good name and protect the goodwill of Nzmassagemap.com at all times;
They will conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times and comply with their obligations under these Terms and Conditions;
They own all intellectual property in, or are legally authorised to use and distribute, any photographs, videos, and any other material submitted to Nzmassagemap.com;
All information provided to Nzmassagemap.com (including any images) is true and accurate in every detail, and the Advertiser has obtained all required consents for its disclosure;
They are a New Zealand resident and are 18 years of age or older;
They are the legal owner of all information and material (including photographs) submitted to and posted on the Website. No third party has any right to such information and material;
They confirm that all information and material, including photographs, relate solely to the Advertiser and that they will not impersonate or pose as any other person;
The publication of their photographs and advertising material does not breach any copyright, trademark, obligation of confidence, or other personal or proprietary right, and does not breach any law of defamation, obscenity, or contempt, or any privacy or anti-discrimination legislation;
Their listing will be reviewed before it is displayed online. If Nzmassagemap.com finds content that does not comply with New Zealand laws, we will ask the Advertiser to amend that content. If the Advertiser does not comply with any reasonable request from us, we may refuse to accept the listing or remove it without being liable to pay any compensation;
They will not place a link to any other advertising portal or directory on the Website;
They consent to receiving electronic communications from Nzmassagemap.com;
They authorise and consent to Nzmassagemap.com publishing their supplied photographs and information on the Website and any other website we manage, including on any social media platform, and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, irrevocable licence to publish the photographs and information in any form or medium;
Membership on the Platform is offered free of charge. As a non-profit directory, Nzmassagemap.com does not require payment for listing or displaying advertisements;
Nzmassagemap.com may, at its absolute discretion, allow an Advertiser to pause their listing. There is no fee associated with pausing or resuming a listing;
Nzmassagemap.com may, at its absolute discretion, terminate any membership that breaches these Terms and Conditions;
Whilst maintaining a listing on the Website, the Advertiser and any Related Entity or Related Party must not have an interest in another website, business, or venture that competes with the Website or the Platform Services.

2.3 User Responsibilities

The User acknowledges, covenants, and warrants that:

They will not reproduce, adapt, upload, or link to any material on the Website without the prior consent of Nzmassagemap.com;
They will comply with their obligations under these Terms and Conditions;
They will not use the Website for any illegal activities or any activities likely to cause loss, cost, expense, or damage to Nzmassagemap.com or other users;
They will not interfere with or disrupt the access of other users of the Website in any way;
They will observe and be bound by the Acceptable Usage Rules;
It is their sole responsibility, and not the responsibility of Nzmassagemap.com, to ensure they comply with all laws relevant to the engagement of escort or sex work services in the place where they engage such services;
They release and discharge Nzmassagemap.com from all liability for damages or loss arising out of use of, reference to, or reliance on any listings on the Website or transactions instigated as a result of such listings.

3.1 How It Works

If multiple users flag photos as potentially inauthentic, the listing may display a community alert. This alert reflects the collective experience of users, not an official determination by Nzmassagemap.com.
Advertisers may respond to feedback and provide additional information to address community concerns.

3.2 What We Do Not Guarantee

Nzmassagemap.com does not verify, authenticate, or endorse any images, content, or identities on the Platform. We do not perform background checks, identity verification, or photo analysis.
Community feedback reflects the opinions of individual users. We do not warrant that such feedback is accurate, fair, or complete. Feedback may be biased, mistaken, or posted in bad faith.
Nzmassagemap.com does not guarantee that any advertiser a user meets in person will match their profile photos, description, or any other information provided on the Website. All users must make their own judgment and enquiries about whether or not to proceed with any arrangement.
We do not investigate or adjudicate disputes about photo authenticity. Our role is limited to providing a platform for community voices, not acting as an arbiter of truth.

3.3 Our Recommendation

We strongly encourage all users to exercise their own judgment, conduct independent verification where possible, and take appropriate precautions when meeting anyone through this Platform. Community feedback is one data point among many that should inform your decision-making.

4. Liability, Risk & Release

4.1 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nzmassagemap.com (including its respective officers, volunteers, and agents) is not responsible or liable whatsoever for:

Cancellation, modification, suspension, or delay of the Platform services;
The unavailability or inaccessibility of the Platform services and Website for any reason;

Any loss suffered or sustained to a person or property, including but not limited to consequential (including economic) loss, because of any act or omission in connection with the Platform services or the Website.

4.2 Risk Acknowledgment

Advertisers and Users acknowledge that certain risks may arise from any arrangement between an Advertiser and a User for the supply of services, including but not limited to:

Injury;
Death;
Permanent disability;
Sexually transmitted diseases;
Defamation;
Theft;
Rape or other indecent assault;
Harassment;
Stalking;
Bullying;
Suicide;
Misconduct;

(collectively referred to as "the Risks").

Advertisers and Users acknowledge and accept that they assume all responsibility and liability for the Risks, and release Nzmassagemap.com from, and indemnify Nzmassagemap.com against, any loss, expense, cost, damage, claim, demand, suit, action, proceeding, judgment, order of a court or tribunal, or legal costs arising from the Risks.

4.3 Indemnity

The Advertiser and the User indemnify and keep indemnified Nzmassagemap.com, its officers, and agents on demand against any loss, expense, cost, damage, claim, demand, suit, action, proceeding, judgment, order of a court or tribunal, or legal costs which Nzmassagemap.com pays, suffers, incurs, or is liable for in respect of:

Any negligent act or omission of the Advertiser or User;
Any act or omission of the Advertiser or User intended to cause damage to Nzmassagemap.com;
Any breach of these Terms and Conditions;
The failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

4.4 Cap on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of Nzmassagemap.com to any party in respect of the Website and/or Platform services shall be limited to the re-supply of the relevant service, for a period of 30 days from the event which gave rise to such liability.

5. Disputes & Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
Nzmassagemap.com is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), as well as other applicable laws and codes affecting the handling of personal information.
The Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as other applicable consumer protection laws, may imply certain conditions, warranties, and undertakings. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your rights under consumer law to the extent such guarantees cannot be excluded by law.
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions should first be addressed by contacting Nzmassagemap.com directly. We encourage good-faith resolution before any formal legal proceedings.

6. Open-Source Licensing

Nzmassagemap.com believes in the open-source ethos. The content, code, and design of this Website are shared under open licences to promote transparency, collaboration, and community improvement.

A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;
A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Website (preferably including specific URLs);
Your address, telephone number, and email address;
A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
